Worker Consent and Information Sharing
Workers control when Hardy Hands shares their identifying information with a ranch.
Screening
Hardy Hands may interview you, review your experience, and contact references you provide. Screening helps matching but is not a certification or employment guarantee.
Permission
Submitting the form permits Hardy Hands to review and contact you. Identifying information is shared with a ranch only when your permission-to-share setting allows it and a relevant opportunity has been discussed. You may withdraw permission before an introduction.
Employment
Workers never pay Hardy Hands. A ranch hires, supervises, and pays workers directly. You should independently assess duties, pay, housing, safety, and employment terms before accepting work.
