Privacy Policy

Depending on what you use, forms may collect your name, email, phone number, location, work history, references, availability, job interests, compensation and housing preferences, opening details, application details, messages, and consent choices. When you use the portal, the authentication provider processes your sign-in email, credential or code, and session information. Do not put passwords, sign-in codes, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal details in public forms.

We use information to respond to requests, review and manage job openings, assess practical fit, track applications, communicate about a requested search, arrange permission-based introductions, operate accounts, issue and reconcile invoices, protect the service, and meet recordkeeping obligations. The homepage question box compares your question with Hardy Hands' prepared public answers in your browser; it does not send the question to an AI service.

An application records interest in a particular opening. It does not by itself authorize sharing a worker's identity or making an introduction. Worker-identifying details are shared with a ranch only after the required worker permission and applicable ranch agreement steps. We use service providers for hosting, database and authentication, email or text delivery, invoicing and payment processing, security, and—only when you opt in—advertising measurement. These providers process information to perform services for Hardy Hands under their own terms and privacy notices.

Depending on the feature and configuration, service providers may include Supabase for database or account services, Vercel for hosting, email or SMS providers for delivery, and Stripe for invoices and payment. Stripe handles payment credentials; Hardy Hands stores invoice records and payment status needed to administer the placement. We do not sell mobile numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in records, or share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Essential browser storage may support a form draft, sign-in session, security, or site operation. Optional advertising measurement is activated only after the separate choice presented on a form. You can change browser or device settings to limit storage, though some account features may then stop working.

We keep information for the time reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain application and agreement history, handle invoices, protect against misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Access is restricted by role and operational need; no online service can promise perfect security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information, or withdraw permission for a future introduction. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required or reasonably needed for an active service, legal, payment, security, or audit purpose. The worker and employer services are intended for people seeking or offering work, not for children. Job eligibility depends on the employer and applicable law. We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change; the effective date above shows the latest revision.
