Hardy Hands collects only the information needed to evaluate roles, screen workers, make permission-based introductions, and operate the service.
Information collected
Forms may collect identity, contact details, location, work history, references, availability, compensation preferences, housing needs, ranch details, job duties, consent choices, attribution data, device information, and communications with Hardy Hands.
How information is used
Information is used to review leads, verify roles, interview and screen workers, check references with permission, recommend matches, communicate about the service, prevent abuse, process successful-placement payments, and measure service performance.
Sharing and retention
Worker-identifying information is shared with a ranch only after worker permission and ranch agreement acceptance. Service providers such as hosting, database, email, SMS, analytics, and payment processors receive only what is needed to perform their function. Mobile information, text-message consent, and opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Records are retained while useful for placement, legal, payment, security, and audit purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion; withdraw permission to share; unsubscribe from email; or reply STOP to marketing texts. Transactional messages about an active request may still be sent where permitted.
Security and minors
Administrative access is restricted and payment credentials are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Hardy Hands. The service is intended for people at least 18 years old.
