A worker fills out the free worker form, or a ranch posts an opening. Five minutes either way, and it costs nothing.
We review the details
Every submission gets read by a person, not filtered by a bot. Same day in most cases.
Worker is screened
A quick call or text to verify experience, references, timing, and what they're actually looking for.
Ranch role is verified
Pay, housing, duties, and deal breakers get confirmed so nobody's time is wasted.
Match is made
Workers are matched to roles on real experience, location, housing, pay, and timing. Not keywords.
Placement terms are confirmed
The ranch accepts the flat $500 on-hire placement terms in writing before any identifying candidate information is shared.
Direct intro is made
We send the ranch a candidate summary and connect both sides directly. Reviewing anonymized profiles is free.
Ranch hires directly
The ranch interviews and hires on their own terms. They pay the worker directly. We never touch wages.
Flat $500 applies only when you hire
Nothing is owed unless the ranch hires a candidate introduced through Hardy Hands. Then the placement fee is a one-time flat $500.
Both sides protected
