Match is made
Workers are matched to roles on real experience, location, housing, pay, and timing. Not keywords.
Search terms are confirmed
The ranch accepts the $100 activation and $400 on-hire terms before the managed search begins.
Direct intro is made
Hardy Hands sends the ranch a candidate summary and connects both sides directly.
Ranch hires directly
The ranch interviews and hires on their own terms. They pay the worker directly. Hardy Hands never touches wages.
$400 applies only if hired and started
The $100 activation covers the managed search. The remaining $400 is due only when a referred worker starts.
