Nine steps. No nonsense.
Hardy Hands is a personal matching service, not a job board. Here's exactly what happens after you hit submit.
Worker or ranch submits info
A worker fills out the free worker form, or a ranch posts an opening. Five minutes either way.
We review the details
Every submission gets read by a person, not filtered by a bot. Same day in most cases.
Worker is screened
A quick call or text to verify experience, references, timing, and what they're actually looking for.
Ranch role is verified
Pay, housing, duties, and deal breakers get confirmed so nobody's time is wasted.
Match is made
Workers are matched to roles on real experience, location, housing, pay, and timing. Not keywords.
Permission and fee are confirmed
The worker okays sharing their info. The ranch confirms the managed-search terms — $100 to activate, $400 on a successful hire. No surprises on either side.
Direct intro is made
We send the ranch a candidate summary and connect both sides directly.
Ranch hires directly
The ranch interviews and hires on their own terms. They pay the worker directly. Hardy Hands never touches wages.
Success fee applies only if hired and started
If the referred worker is hired and actually starts work, the ranch pays the $400 success fee. No hire, no success fee.

Both sides protected
- Workers: your info is never shared without your permission
- Ranches: terms are confirmed before any introduction
- Nobody pays for a match that doesn't happen
