Managed Search Agreement

A ranch may, but never must, subscribe to an optional plan. A plan changes the shape of the search and the amount of the placement fee; it does not change screening, worker consent, or the requirement that a worker agree to an introduction. The reduced placement fee applies to a hire made while the plan is active. If the plan is cancelled before the worker is hired, the standard $500 placement fee applies to that hire. Plans begin with 30 free days, bill monthly after that, and can be cancelled at any time, with billing stopping at the end of the current month. A plan buys attention and continuity, not an outcome. It does not guarantee a hire, a candidate, or a timeline, and it never changes how a worker is screened or whether a worker consents to an introduction. Cancel anytime; billing stops at the end of the current month.

There is no fee to begin. One managed search covers one role at one location for an initial 21-day period and up to three targeted candidate introductions. Submitting the opening, having it reviewed, receiving anonymized worker profiles, and speaking with Hardy Hands are all free. No upfront fee, subscription, retainer, or deposit is charged at any point.

Hardy Hands works toward delivering at least 2 qualified profiles within the search period. A qualified profile requires a worker interview, experience review, confirmed availability and location interest, reasonable pay and housing alignment, permission to share, and recorded delivery to the ranch. Reviewing these profiles is free, and the ranch owes nothing if it does not hire.

The search clock may pause while Hardy Hands waits for required ranch information. A material change to location, pay, housing, schedule, duties, safety conditions, or role scope may require a new search. Pauses and changes are recorded in the search history.

The ranch owes a one-time flat $500 placement fee if it hires a candidate introduced through Hardy Hands. The invoice is issued when the hire is confirmed and is due within seven days. The obligation applies if the ranch or a related operation hires the introduced worker within twelve months. It is a single flat fee, not a subscription, retainer, or percentage of wages.

Candidate information is confidential and may be used only for the role. The ranch remains the sole employer and is responsible for interviews, background checks, wages, payroll, taxes, insurance, housing, safety, supervision, and all employment decisions. Hardy Hands does not guarantee a hire.
