These terms cover the public website and general Hardy Hands service. A ranch’s accepted Managed Search Agreement governs the fee and scope of that specific search.
Hardy Hands helps ranches and agricultural employers find workers by clarifying the job, reviewing practical experience and references, and coordinating permission-based introductions. Workers choose which openings to consider, and employers make their own interview and hiring decisions.
The ranch or other hiring business—not Hardy Hands—employs, supervises, and pays a worker. The employer is responsible for the job terms, payroll, taxes, benefits, housing, insurance, safety, and compliance for its workplace. Workers and employers should confirm the complete terms directly before work begins.
Provide truthful, current information and submit it only when you have authority to do so. Do not misuse another person’s information, harass participants, evade an accepted fee agreement, scrape personal information, or interfere with the site or service.
Workers never pay Hardy Hands. Under the standard search, a ranch pays nothing to submit an opening, review anonymized profiles, or speak with Hardy Hands. If the ranch hires a candidate covered by its accepted Managed Search Agreement, the one-time flat placement fee is $500. Invoicing occurs immediately upon confirmed hire, with payment due at the earlier of five calendar days after invoice issuance or the worker’s scheduled first day of employment (never preceding invoice issuance). Placements are backed by our 60-day replacement guarantee starting from the worker’s actual first day of work.
Optional plans are not required for the standard search. Current published plan prices are Standing Search at $99/month with a $375 placement fee while active, and First Call at $199/month with a $300 placement fee while active. A plan starts with 30 free days. Do not rely on a plan until Hardy Hands has confirmed availability and given you the applicable written plan and billing terms. The reduced placement fee applies to a hire made while the plan is active. If the plan is cancelled before the worker is hired, the standard $500 placement fee applies to that hire.
Hardy Hands does not guarantee that a search will produce a profile, interview, offer, hire, or continued employment. Screening is intended to help both sides assess practical fit; it is not a certification, background-check guarantee, or substitute for either side’s own diligence.
An application records a worker’s interest in a particular opening. It does not itself authorize identity sharing or an introduction. See the Privacy Policy and Worker Consent and Information Sharing page for more information.
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may revise these website terms prospectively; the updated date above identifies the latest revision. A change to these website terms does not rewrite a previously accepted search agreement.
