Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Hardy Hands website and placement service.
Service relationship
Hardy Hands introduces independent workers and ranch employers. Hardy Hands is not the employer, payroll provider, supervisor, guarantor, or party to the employment agreement. Ranches decide whom to interview and hire; workers decide which opportunities to pursue.
Accurate information
Users must provide truthful, current information and have authority to submit it. Ranches are responsible for lawful hiring, compensation, working conditions, housing, insurance, taxes, and workplace safety. Workers remain responsible for credentials and representations.
Optional plans and billing
Optional monthly plans are available to ranches and are never required to use Hardy Hands. A plan starts with 30 free days and then bills monthly to the payment method on file until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; Hardy Hands does not pro-rate partial months. The reduced placement fee applies to a hire made while the plan is active. If the plan is cancelled before the worker is hired, the standard $500 placement fee applies to that hire. Plan charges are separate from, and additional to, any placement fee. Plan prices may change with at least 30 days notice, and a ranch on an existing plan keeps its price through any notice period.
Fees
Workers pay no placement fee. A ranch pays nothing to submit an opening, review anonymized worker profiles, or speak with Hardy Hands. If a ranch hires a candidate introduced through Hardy Hands, the placement fee is a one-time flat $500. There is no upfront fee, subscription, retainer, deposit, or charge for reviewing profiles. Payment terms and search limits are governed by the accepted Managed Search Agreement.
No employment guarantee
Hardy Hands screens and checks information in good faith but does not guarantee performance, continued employment, fitness, safety, legal compliance, or any specific hiring result. Users must conduct their own interviews and diligence.
Acceptable use and changes
Users may not scrape personal information, harass participants, evade fees, interfere with the service, or use information for an unrelated purpose. Hardy Hands may suspend access and update these terms prospectively.
