Placement Fee Policy
Hardy Hands charges nothing until an employer hires. There is no upfront payment to refund.
Nothing is charged before a hire
Submitting an opening, having it reviewed, receiving anonymized worker profiles, and speaking with Hardy Hands are free. There is no upfront fee, subscription, retainer, deposit, or charge for reviewing profiles, so there is no prepayment that could require a refund.
If you are on a plan
An optional plan lowers the placement fee: $375 on Standing Search and $300 on First Call, in place of the standard $500. The reduced placement fee applies to a hire made while the plan is active. If the plan is cancelled before the worker is hired, the standard $500 placement fee applies to that hire. A plan is never required, and monthly plan charges are separate from the placement fee. Cancelling a plan does not create a charge and does not affect a hire that has already started.
When the fee applies
The ranch owes a one-time flat $500 placement fee only when it hires a candidate introduced through Hardy Hands. If no Hardy Hands candidate is hired, the ranch owes nothing. Hardy Hands does not guarantee a hire.
If the search does not produce a fit
Hardy Hands works toward at least 2 qualified profiles within the initial 21-day search period. If the search does not produce a suitable candidate, the ranch owes nothing and may close the search or continue it. A qualified profile must satisfy the interview, experience, availability, compensation and housing alignment, permission, and recorded-delivery requirements in the Managed Search Agreement.
Search-clock pauses
The clock may pause while required ranch details are missing. A material change to the role, location, pay, housing, schedule, duties, or conditions may require closing the original search and starting a new one. Neither a pause nor a new search carries a charge.
Billing corrections
If a placement invoice is issued in error, or a hire the invoice was based on did not occur, Hardy Hands corrects or credits the invoice. Contact hello@hardyhandsag.com or 720-513-8216.
