Managed Search Refund Policy
The $100 activation fee is tied to a specific, measurable profile-delivery promise.
Refund promise
If Hardy Hands delivers fewer than two qualified profiles within the initial 21-day managed-search period, the $100 activation payment is refunded automatically.
What counts
A qualified profile must satisfy the interview, experience, availability, compensation and housing alignment, permission, and recorded-delivery requirements in the Managed Search Agreement. An unsuitable resume does not count.
Search-clock pauses
The clock may pause while required ranch details are missing. A material change to the role, location, pay, housing, schedule, duties, or conditions may require closing the original search and approving a new search.
Successful-hire payment
The separate $400 fee is charged only when a worker introduced through the activated search is hired and starts. Hardy Hands does not guarantee a hire.
