What the work looks like

Hardy Hands is recruiting experienced pen riders for a Northwest Kansas feedyard operation. This is a working cattle-health role for someone who can confidently ride pens, recognize sick cattle, doctor cattle as directed, and work as part of a reliable feedyard team. What the ranch needs handled

• Ride pens and monitor cattle health
• Recognize and report sick cattle
• Support cattle treatment and daily feedyard work
• Work safely around cattle, horses, and feedyard equipment
